About us
We offer a wide range of services from product development to the implementation of moulds in production. Our products are manufactured in the leading mould making facilities in China and Russia, taking into account all the customer's wishes and requirements. All elements and parts of the moulds are manufactured on modern equipment, which ensures high accuracy and repeatability. Each stage of production, from design to production, is controlled by our engineers. With 100% control of the production process, we are confident in our products. Warranty, post-warranty and service maintenance of moulds is carried out in our own production facilities in Russia.
Our service
Mold designWe design moulds based on the most common standards (Hasco, Fodesco, DME, LKM). The mould design is tailored to the customer's technological capabilities. The customer receives a complete package of design documentation, including a 3D model of the mould, 2D drawings and a specification of standard products with the manufacturer's details.
Re-engineeringWe design mould parts based on existing moulds as well as designing new moulds taking into account the necessary changes in plastic parts. We take into account the customer's requirements and make recommendations based on our experience in designing and manufacturing similar products..
Mold serviceWe carry out repair and service work on both our own and third-party moulds. We analyse the current condition of the mould, including a complete failure analysis of all components and elements. Upon completion of the repair, we provide the customer with recommendations for the continued operation of the mould.
Production
- Plastic injection moldsWe manufacture moulds in modern production facilities in China and Russia. Control of all stages of production guarantees high quality and stability of moulds. Production terms - from 1 month to the first samples of parts. Warranty and post-warranty service of moulds is carried out in our own workshop in Russia.
- Pilot injection moldsWe produce low life moulds for a wide range of tasks for a batch of up to 1500 parts. These moulds will allow you to receive the part, make changes in its design and adjust the technological processes of casting with minimal costs in the shortest possible time. Mould production time - from 2 weeks.
- Parts to your drawingsWe are able to perform metalworking operations with accuracy up to 7th degree according to the drawings provided on milling, turning, eroding, wire-cutting and grinding machines. High quality, accuracy and repeatability of parts are ensured by modern CNC machining and well-established methods of inter-operational and output control.
- Standard mold partsWe offer standard mold parts to Hasco, Fodesco, DME, LKM standards. The list of parts includes sleeves, columns, pushers, centre pins, datum marks and springs. All parts are manufactured in modern workshops in Russia and China. It is also possible to produce modified parts at the customer's request.
Mold production
Production stages
The stage includes the following types of work:
- Receiving from the Customer the task for mold production in any convenient form (3-dimensional model or drawing of the part, sample or several samples to be combined, photo, etc.)
- Analyzing the received data and drawing up the Technical Task
- Agreement of the Technical Task with the Customer
On the basis of the Technical Task we form a Technical-commercial offer, which specifies the following:
- Price of the mould and terms of payment (the cost is expressed in rubles)
- Production time for each stage
- Mold material grade
- Additional components producer
- Guaranteed number of shots
The Contract is concluded on the basis of an agreed technical-commercial offer. Payment shall be made in rubles.

The production stage includes the following types of work:
- Designing a 3D model of the moulded part (if necessary) or adapting the existing one, taking into account the specifics of the technological process of casting.
- Designing a mold and approving its 3D model with the customer. The mold design, regardless of the place of manufacture (Russia or China), is analysed by our company's designers for operability and compliance with the technical task.
- Mold production. All intermediate stages are monitored by photo and video reports. Personal presence at the production site is possible if required.
The stage includes the following types of work:
Duration of the stage: 20-30 days
- Initial mould testing and sampling.
- Checking the sample for defects and non-conformities
- Delivery of first part samples to customer
- Mould modification based on the analysis results of the first samples
- Final mould testing and approval of part samples with customer

The stage includes the following types of work:
- Mould preservation for corrosion protection
- Mold packing
- Preparing the documentation and handing over the mould to the carrier
- Customs clearance (if required)
- Mould delivery to our workshop

- Mold cleaning
- Control the operation of all parts of the mold
- Mould testing at our factory or that of our partners in the presence of the customer
- Sample receipt and approval with customer
The stage includes the following types of work:
- Mold cleaning
- Lubrication of moving mould parts
- Checking the attachment
- Mold preservation
- Mould packing and shipping to Сustomer
We are ready to provide full support for the introduction of the mould at the customer's factory, including debugging of the moulding process and production of a pilot batch.
